This premium food delivery bag is designed with all the upgrades your delivery persons need to get piping hot or ice cold food to your customers, each and every time. The durable nylon exterior is both water-resistant and easy to clean, just like the interior of the bag, and it features a sleek black coloring that's sure to offer a professional presentation. Reinforced straps promote safe, comfortable carrying from cart to vehicle and back again. A shoulder strap with pad makes for hands-free delivery. At the same time, a hardboard bottom ensures stability while transporting six 2 1/2" deep half size food pans, an 18-22 qt. soup or food container, or multiple take-out containers to and from your vehicle. Additionally, the bag features two hook- and loop-closure, non-insulated pockets for more storage.
This delivery bag features 2" thick poly batting insulation on all sides of the bag to keep foods at the proper temperature during transport. Extra fabric at the flap holds heat in while hook and loop strips ensure quick opening and closing of the bag. These hook and loop strips remain secure during transportation, preventing foods from shifting from kitchen to destination. At the same time, a pocket in the lid gives you room to store a heating or cooling pack on the go. The bag is constructed of high-strength polyester threading with reinforced stitching for longevity.
For your convenience, a transparent ID window on the exterior of the bag allows your staff to store menus, coupons, and business cards. Reflective stripes give your staff the safety they deserve when on the road, making this bag the ideal option for day or night delivery of your signature soups, sides, and entrees.

I absolutely love this Insulated Soft-sided food delivery bag/pan carrier. We used it to transport full size catering pans and we fit 5 without a problem. They stayed put and no leaks. The bag is ultra strong and the easy velcro closures for the cover are so convenient. The straps to carry the bag are very strong also. It is an all around great product!

June 6 we ordered 5 of these bags. I'm not impressed with the velcro seal. The seam is also separating. In the same purchase we also ordered the Blue Choice Insulated zipper bag. The Choice bag is definitely better. I'll be checking into the return policy on the 1 bag we've used and the 4 we haven't used yet. Would not purchase again.

I purchased 4 of these bags 4 months ago and two of them are unusable as the seams are coming apart along the sides and on the top closure section. This is due to poor construction not overuse or overloading of product. Webstaurant customer service was exceptional in agreeing to credit our account for the two defective units.

I Love this bag! It more than handles all of my short transport of cold or hot food needs. The bag is light-weight, easy on the shoulders with its durable strap, and also includes multiple pockets for storing drinks. I Very versatile, can hold dry ice if needed. The bag will fit many of the plastic containers that certain food items require. The bag has a Velcro strip to secure your items. I would have preferred a zipper!
