This food delivery bag is designed for everyday catering and food delivery with a durable nylon exterior and heavy stitching to prevent rips and tears. The interior and exterior are both water-resistant and easy to clean, as is the interior pocket in the lid that gives you room to store a heating or cooling pack on the go.
With 2" poly batting on all sides of the bag, it keeps up to (6) 2 1/2" deep or (5) 3" deep full size food pans at the proper temperature during transport. Extra fabric at the flap holds in heat or cool air, for even greater temperature retention, while two hook- and loop-closure, non-insulated pockets at the ends of the bag keep catering necessities secure. Heavy-duty reinforced straps ensure safe, comfortable carrying, while the high-strength polyester threading and reinforced stitching promote longevity.
This insulated food delivery bag / pan carrier is designed with hook and loop strips to ensure quick opening and closing of the bag, while remaining secure during transportation. A hardboard bottom gives it stability during use, so that your menu items stay perfect for their presentation. For your convenience, a transparent ID window allows you to store menus, coupons, and business cards in an easily-accessible location. Reflective stripes give your staff the safety they deserve when on the road, for added peace of mind.

I absolutely love this Insulated Soft-sided food delivery bag/pan carrier. We used it to transport full size catering pans and we fit 5 without a problem. They stayed put and no leaks. The bag is ultra strong and the easy velcro closures for the cover are so convenient. The straps to carry the bag are very strong also. It is an all around great product!

June 6 we ordered 5 of these bags. I'm not impressed with the velcro seal. The seam is also separating. In the same purchase we also ordered the Blue Choice Insulated zipper bag. The Choice bag is definitely better. I'll be checking into the return policy on the 1 bag we've used and the 4 we haven't used yet. Would not purchase again.

I purchased 4 of these bags 4 months ago and two of them are unusable as the seams are coming apart along the sides and on the top closure section. This is due to poor construction not overuse or overloading of product. Webstaurant customer service was exceptional in agreeing to credit our account for the two defective units.

I Love this bag! It more than handles all of my short transport of cold or hot food needs. The bag is light-weight, easy on the shoulders with its durable strap, and also includes multiple pockets for storing drinks. I Very versatile, can hold dry ice if needed. The bag will fit many of the plastic containers that certain food items require. The bag has a Velcro strip to secure your items. I would have preferred a zipper!
