Together these pan carriers hold up to (10) 2 1/2" deep food pans and can accommodate various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans that are 2 1/2", 4", and 6" deep. They will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel. Because these carriers are made with rugged polyethylene, they can withstand high heat exposure and heavy use. They also offer superior temperature retention and maintain hot or cold food temperatures for up to 7 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator hot board or CaterGator ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further. The carriers feature a door that extends to a full 270 degrees for easy access to your food pans and is completely removable for easy cleaning. Plus, the carriers can be stacked with other CaterGator, Carlisle, and Cambro carriers.

This dolly boasts 4" non-marking swivel casters to reduce damage to floors and features rounded corners to reduce impact damage on walls. Plus, two casters have brakes to secure the unit in place when needed. The dolly's lip is low enough to open the door to access contents while keeping the carrier secure. It features a central hole to easily drain liquid or steam. The strap easily adjusts for a secure fit around the dolly and pan carriers, and its buckle makes secure transport easy.
