It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel. Because this carrier is made with rugged polyethylene, it can withstand high heat exposure and heavy use. It also offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 7 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator hot board or CaterGator ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further. The carrier features a door that extends to a full 270 degrees for easy access to your food pans and is completely removable for easy cleaning. Plus, the carriers can be stacked with other CaterGator, Carlisle, and Cambro carriers.

It features a central hole to easily drain liquid or steam. The strap easily adjusts for a secure fit around the dolly and pan carriers, and its buckle makes secure transport easy.
