The perfect solution for food pan carriers, vending carts, and kiosks, this ice board is easy-to-use. Simply freeze it flat for at least 8 hours and then slide it into your CaterGator food pan carrier (sold separately), load pans of pre-chilled food, and your meal service operation is ready to go! To get the most out of your ice board, position it at the top of your food pan carrier as the cold air will sink and keep your cold foods safely below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
Made from a strong, 1 1/2" thick PE material, this ice board is also designed to withstand frequent use. Keeping food cold inside of your insulated carrier, it helps to extend the holding time beyond 4 hours and ensures that your food items stay the perfect, chilled temperature for serving. With the added time, you have more flexibility as you transport food to and from different job sites and events. This ice board also works well with vending carts or kiosks. It can even be used underneath a full size hotel pan to keep food chilled on a buffet line. I only wish I had ordered these when I bought the food carrier a few years ago. I can now use them to keep things cool. They do a great job. Just remember to move them to lower slots as you use up your product.

This ice board is very easy to freeze and very easy to use with the insulated pan carriers. Now we can transport cold stuff such as potato salad and cole slaw without having to worry about the temperature.

Some I received weren't properly sealed, but overall these are a solid buy; they stay frozen for hours, and slot nicely into pan carriers, unlike other ice packs I've used that have to be put into a food pan and take up more space.

I'm very happy with these ice boards. I have a catering company, and we used them on a very hot summer day to keep salads cold during transport to a location. We put the ice box in a couple of hours early, and even in a hot vehicle the box was still very cold on the inside. I'm very glad I purchased 2. Love these boards!

Total gamechanger. We use these in tandem with our CaterGator coolers and it helps to keep items cool for several hours. Even when being used in a hot van here in Florida it keeps food in the safe zone for hours. If you serve at events or cater we cannot recommend these enough!

Disappointed in this item. I have 4 ice boards; 2 are Cambro and 2 are Cater Gater. I trust Cambro, but needed to save money and decided on half Cater Gater Ice boards. So far, one of the Cater Gaters' ice boards had blue gel leaking out a while back... I'm currently not using the other one yet, but hope it doesn't do the same! Seems it doesn't maintain the same cold temp as before... It's past time to return this item, but the disappointment will last a bit longer... Guess I'll just stick with...
