Designed for transport, the CaterGator Dash top loading insulated food pan carrier provides the versatility and quality you need to safely deliver pans of food. It holds (1) 8" deep full size food pan to accommodate any of your signature dishes. It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel. The versatile design allows you to mix and match a number of pan combinations to best suit your needs, including (3) 2 1/2" deep, (2) 4" deep, (1) 6" deep and (1) 2 1/2" deep pans, making this carrier a go-to choice for any application.
Because the carrier is made with polyurethane foam insulation, it offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours.
As an added bonus, this carrier comes equipped with a red full size hot board that is convenient and easy to use. This board will extend the temperature holding times of your hot foods beyond 4 hours by simply placing the board in water no hotter than 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-60 minutes, and slide or place into your carrier. This board lays flat in carriers and comes equipped with distance knobs that prevent the board from sticking to the pan. A built-in handle conveniently lifts the board in and out of the carrier to avoid injury.
