It holds up to (5) 2 1/2" deep food pans and can accommodate various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans that are 2 1/2", 4", and 6" deep. It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel.

Because the carrier is made with expanded polypropylene (EPP), it offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. As an added bonus, this carrier comes equipped with a blue full size ice board that is convenient and easy to use. This board will extend the temperature holding times of your cold foods beyond 4 hours by simply placing it in the freezer for up to 8 hours before placing in the carrier. The board will freeze to as low as 10 degrees Fahrenheit and will keep your food at a safe temperature below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The board is filled with a conductive cooling gel, so you don't have to worry about buffing any water noise, or liquid leakage! It contains no cavities, meaning no matter how you place the board in the freezer, the board will freeze evenly. This board lays flat in carriers and comes equipped with distance knobs that prevent the board from sticking to the pan. A built-in handle conveniently lifts the board in and out of the carrier to avoid injury.
