Designed for transport, the CaterGator Dash front loading insulated food pan carrier provides the versatility and quality you need to safely deliver pans of food. It holds up to (5) 2 1/2" deep food pans and can accommodate various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans that are 2 1/2", 4", and 6" deep. It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel.

Because the carrier is made with expanded polypropylene (EPP), it offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash Hot Board or CaterGator Dash Ice Board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.

This insulated pan carrier features a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), an insulated material with a high level of durability. This high-tech material is extremely lightweight and offers excellent impact-, water-, and chemical-resistance. I could not possibly recommend these more!!! They say it keeps food hot or cold up to 4 hours, it goes LONGER! EASY to wash. I just now am seeing the cold/hot insert packs, but before I've kept things refrigerated temps with traditional frozen cold packs, but I'm going to get these inserts now! If you handle them with just a minimal amount of care, they will last forever! A hidden feature is I can use sidewalk chalk to write on them, and it easily wipes off when I'm done. These are great to use. Lightweight and easy on back and shoulders. Only downside is weak latches, I have 6 of these and I’ve broken 3 latches. Can’t find replacement latches either.

Product seems to work well for keeping food warm. The only issue I have with it is the latch. The door latch is extremely difficult/almost cheap feeling. Every time you go to open it you feel like you are going to hurt yourself somehow or break the latch.

Great product! Pros: keeps the food nice and warm, no spills in vehicle because food is secure in carrier & overall great for caterings! Cons: only 4 pans were able to fit and I wish there were handles to make it a little easier to carry.
