It can accommodate up to (6) 2 1/2" deep full size food pans and various other combinations of full size pans including (2) 8" deep, (4) 4" deep, or (3) 6" deep pans. It will work with most types of pans, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel.

Because the carrier is made with expanded polypropylene (EPP), it offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash hot board or CaterGator Dash ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.

This insulated pan carrier features a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), an insulated material with a high level of durability. This high-tech material is extremely lightweight for transporting with ease and offers excellent impact, water, and chemical resistance.
