They hold up to (1) 8" deep full size food pan to accommodate any of your signature dishes. They will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel. The versatile design of these pan carriers allows you to mix and match a number of pan combinations to best suit your needs, including (3) 2 1/2" deep, (2) 4" deep, and (1) 6" deep and (1) 2 1/2" deep pans, making this carrier a go-to choice for any application.

Because these carriers are made with expanded polypropylene (EPP), they offer superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash hot board or CaterGator Dash ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further. This dolly comes with a removable EPP insert with 4 holes to match up with the base of the EPP unit front loaders (sold separately). The holes create a snug fit that won't shift while you're pushing and transporting the carrier. Also, they make stacking 2 units on top of one another more secure. The EPP insert can be removed to accommodate larger food pan carriers.
