The carrier can hold up to (6) 2 1/2" deep full size food pans and can accommodate various other combinations of full size pans including (2) 8" deep, (4) 4" deep, or (3) 6" deep pans. It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel. It offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash hot board or CaterGator Dash ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further. This insulated pan carrier features a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), an insulated material with a high level of durability. This high-tech material is extremely lightweight and offers excellent impact, water, and chemical resistance. The large latch quickly and securely locks the door to retain temperature.
