Designed for transport, the CaterGator Dash top loading insulated food pan carrier provides the versatility and quality you need to safely deliver pans of food. The versatile design can accommodate various combinations of pans to suit your needs, holding up to (1) 8" deep full size food pan with a lid, (4) 2 1/2" deep pans with lids, or (1) 4" deep and (1) 6" deep full size pans with lids. It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel.
Because the carrier is made with expanded polypropylene (EPP), it offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash hot board or CaterGator Dash ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.
This insulated pan carrier features a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), an insulated material with a high level of durability. This high-tech material is extremely lightweight for transporting with ease and offers excellent impact, water, and chemical resistance.
