Designed for reliable transport and service, the CaterGator 10 gallon black insulated beverage dispenser makes it easy to serve a large number of guests hot or cold beverages. This 10 gallon capacity holds up to (182) 7 oz. servings or (80) 16 oz. servings, making it ideal for large buffets, hotels, and convention centers. It features a dripless faucet for mess-free dispensing, keeping the beverage station dry and free from puddles. The faucet has a spring action design, which is combined with an o-ring seal to prevent unwanted leaks during service and transport. Plus, the bottom of the faucet measures 4 1/8" from the base of the unit to create clearance for various types of cups and glasses up to 4" tall. This makes it easy to serve everything from hot coffee in mugs to fresh lemonade in tumblers or plastic cold cups.

Because of the dispenser's superior temperature retention, it maintains hot or cold beverage temperatures for up to 7 hours. For use with cold drinks, pre-chill the unit by filling 1/3 of the container with icy water. Cover and let it stand for 30 minutes, then dispose of the water and replace with cold beverage. For use with hot drinks, fill a third of the container with hot water and cover for 30 minutes. Dispose of the water and fill with the hot beverage of your choice.

This insulated beverage dispenser features a rugged, polyethylene exterior and withstands constant wear and tear from use, transport, and exposure to high heat. It also includes extra wide plastic latches that are mounted with steel plates for additional reinforcement and longevity. For convenient transport, the dispenser features molded-in handles that are both durable and ergonomic. This design allows the dispenser to stack with similar Carlisle and Cambro servers and simplify storage.

As an added bonus, the dispenser includes 8 drink identification labels, which help guests easily identify the contents of the beverage server. The set includes 6 pre-printed labels for popular beverages and 2 blank labels for unique drink concoctions!

Purchased 2 of these units and the threading on the spicket does not allow the spicket to tighten fully. Leaks continuously. Cheaply made. Buy a different product!

After 4 months, the spigot broke loose during my restaurant service spilling gallons of water on the floor. The thread and locking mechanism on the spigot failed and is unable to lock the spigot on again. Would not buy this again.

I have had these for many years with no quality problems. Unfortunately they don't leave enough room to dispense into anything larger than a 12oz cup without tipping the cup. And you cannot move the dispenser far enough off the table to achieve more room at the legs are inline, if not further out, than the spout.

We've purchased two CaterGator insulated beverage dispensers, and they’ve been excellent for our off-site catering needs. Each unit comes with printed labels like “water, coffee and tea," which is a thoughtful touch. We’ve used them multiple times for iced coffee, and they keep it perfectly cold. Surprisingly lightweight even when full—highly recommended.

These are excellent drink dispensers. We purchased 4. They definitely hold the drinks at the same temperature as when you filled it. Only two complaints #1. The sticker labels don't stay on the dispenser but I made my own and hang them on the handles with zip ties. #2. The legs are too short to get a 16oz cup under the spout. I solved this by setting the dispenser on bed risers. I would purchase again.

I've bought this a while back but I finally found time to write this review. The equipment is light and can be carry (empty) by one person. The material is hard, so it can hold a drop for sure. If I need to get a second one, I would buy the same product.

One of the best purchases made! This dispenser may be large, but it does an awesome job, when catering tea bars during hot months in the south & keeping those beverages nice and cold.
